Sharing its boundary with International Cricket Stadium, having a clear view of majestic Dhauladhars and dark rain-rich Monsoon clouds, gurgling streams and towering White Mountains, Government Post Graduate College, Dharamshala, the college of excellence, carries a long magnificent history of its own and the institution is now eighty four years old.
