Sree Narayana College, Kollam, is a premier centre of higher education in Kerala. The college is named after the great social reformer, philosopher and saint Sree Narayana Guru (1854-1928). Based on the ancient directives of Universal brotherhood and Love, Sree Narayana Guru preached the noble message of "One Caste, One Religion, and One God for man." The College was started by S.N.D.P Yogam in 1948. It was the first college in Kerala to start a post graduate course.
