Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) a constituent of KIIT, offers a unique combination of experience and expertise. Located in an ultra-modern and eco-friendly campus, it has two wings – The Hospital and The Medical College (for MBBS & M.D. courses). ‘The Medical College’ offers MBBS course at the undergraduate level with an annual intake of 100 students as well as M.D. Course at postgraduate level.

Kalinga institute of nursing sciences (KINS) is an integral part of school of medicine. This school of medicine, under KIIT- University is committed to provide promotive preventive, curative and rehabilitative services to all to achieve excellence in nursing education and nursing services. KINS is a pioneer institute of Nursing education in Odisha, academically affiliated to KIIT -Deemed University & recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and state Nursing council, Odisha.

The college is affiliated to the Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar and follows the syllabi and curricula prescribed by the University in the light of recommendation of Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi for P.G. and U.G. courses.
