Kaviraj Ananta Tripathy Sharma Ayurveda College & Hospital , Ankushpur is the one and only Ayurveda institute of southern odisha. It is one of the Govt. Ayurveda College of the state founded on 15th August 1978 under private management with the active support of Late Kaviraj Ananta Tripathy Sharma, Ex -Member of Parliament(Lok Shabha). Although initially the college was functioning at Chaturbhuja Dharmasala, Berhampur but in 1980 it was shifted to its own building at Ankuspur .
