Introduction to Nexus 26
Nexus 26 is a premier National Level Technical Symposium organized by the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at Kongu Engineering College, Erode, Tamil Nadu. Set against the vibrant backdrop of a technical fest, Nexus 26 embodies the spirit of innovation with the motto, "Science is about knowing; Engineering is about doing." Events & Competitions
The event features a diverse array of activities designed to challenge and inspire. The technical category includes Paper Presentation, Project Presentation, Idea Pitching, and Debug Mania. For those with a flair for creativity, non-technical events such as Card Tower, Music Mania, Memory Challenge, and Flip Talk are scheduled. Additionally, specialized workshops on Solidworks, Robotics, and Internet of Things (IoT) will be conducted, offering hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies. These sessions are tailored to enhance practical engineering skills.
Eligibility & Registration
Participation is open to engineering students from various disciplines. Registration is mandatory, and the deadline is February 15, 2026. The registration fees vary by event: technical events like Paper Presentation and Project Presentation cost Rs. 250, while Debug Mania is Rs. 150. Non-technical events are priced at Rs. 150 each. Workshops have different fees: Solidworks and Robotics are Rs. 300, and Internet of Things is Rs. 900. Participants must reach Kongu Engineering College, located 3km from the Perundurai bus stand.
