B.B.A LLB (Hons) is the course which is offered widely throughout India in all leading law facilitating colleges and universities. The B.B.A LLB (H) provides for bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as law.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Class XII (or equivalent), with at least 45% marks in aggregate, from a recognized Board/University; and Valid CLAT score; or
- All Indian Law Entrance Test (AILET) or any other equivalent test; or
- XLET-Xavier Law Entrance Test score.
- Final year +2 students, who are expecting their results during 2024, can also apply. Offers of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failing to complete all the requirements for obtaining the degree before July 15, 2024.
Application Process
Applicants are required to fill-up the application form online at: www.xim.edu.in . Upon successfully filling the online application form and paying the relevant application fee, the applicant will be intimated by email about the acceptance of the form.
- To complete the application process, applicants must follow these steps:
- Fill out the online application form available at the official website: https://xim.edu.in/admission/ba-llb-hons/
- Upload scanned or digital images of the following documents:
- Passport size photo in JPEG format, with dimensions of approximately 200×250 pixels and within 50 KB in size.
- Signature in JPEG format, with dimensions of about 250×125 pixels and within 50 KB in size.
- Provide bank account or debit card details for online payment transactions.
Steps to Follow:
Step 1: Fill out the Registration Details to create your XUB ID/Login ID and password. You will receive these details via email.
Step 2: Log in using your credentials and provide Personal Details, Academic Details, and upload your photo & signature. Choose the program/s you wish to apply for and submit your application.
Step 3: Pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway. The application fee is Rs.1400/- for one program, with an additional Rs.300/- for each additional program from the same School or other Schools. You can use the same Login ID and form for applying to multiple UG programs.
Upon successful completion of the application form and payment, you will receive confirmation via email regarding the acceptance of your online application.
Selection Process:
Final selection of students will be based solely on merit, determined by academic performance in class 10 and class 12 examinations, along with valid Entrance Test scores (CLAT/AILET/XLET) and Personal Interview.
The university reserves the right to modify the selection criteria to attract the best students in the country.
