Calcutta University PhD Admission in Psychology

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology/Applied Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Developmental Psychology/Experimental Psychology/Social Psychology/Health Psychology/Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Selection Process:
- Selection based on an online written test and online interview.
- Candidates exempt from the written exam: UGC (JRF) examination/NET/SET/SLET/GATE/Teacher Fellowship or equivalent exam passers, or M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or equivalent exam passers.
- Exempted candidates must submit their application forms for admission by April 12, 2023.
Calcutta University PhD Psychology Entrance Exam Pattern:
- Exam Mode: Offline
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Total Marks: 50
- Research Proposal: 20 marks (within 1500 words)
- Answer one question (10 marks) from any of six specializations.
- Answer two questions (5 marks each) from any of six specializations.
- Answer five questions (2 marks each) from General Psychology.
