About
B.Sc. Honors is a 3-year full-time undergraduate degree course, the minimum eligibility for which is a Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 60% in Mathematics. The program is spread over 6 semesters.
The program provides a rigorous foundation of the concepts of Computer Science and Information Technology that enables the students to design a hardware/software system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints. The curriculum includes knowledge of the Operating System, Programming Languages (like C++, Java, Python, R etc) Database, Computer Networks, Computer System Architecture, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Graphics.
Eligibility Criteria
Who Can Apply: Basic qualification to apply for B.Sc.(Hons) is a 10+2 senior school certificate exam or an equivalent examination passed? Please refer to the prospectus for other admission eligibility details.
When To Apply: Students are advised to follow the guidelines issued by the University of Delhi every year. Usually, the application process begins in May/June every year.
