Eligibility Criteria
Non-service candidates
I. Should have passed the Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10 +2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the University/Board.
II. Should have obtained a Diploma in General nursing and midwifery before the implementation of new integrated course and should be registered as Registered Nurse and midwife with their respective State Nursing Council.
III. Should have obtained a Diploma in general nursing and Midwifery after the implementation of the new integrated course and registered as Registered Nurse and midwife with their respective State Nursing Council
IV. The candidate should have undergone GNM with institution which should be recognized by Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council
In-service candidates (only for Rajasthan State Government employee)
In addition to the eligibility criteria prescribed for non-service candidates, in-service candidate must also fulfill the eligibility criteria as below:
I. The candidate should be in-service of State Government of Rajasthan.
II. The candidate should have completed at least two years of continuous service after regular appointment by State Government of Rajasthan. The candidate would be required to submit a certificate (Appendix A) to the above effect duly signed by the Director, Medical & Health Service, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The certificate submitted by the In-Service Candidates should clearly indicate that the person concerned is serving the Government of Rajasthan for at least 2 years (as on the last date of submitting the on-line application form), after regular Appointment failing which the application form will be considered as non-service category candidate.
Fee Structure
- The candidates are required to pay the prescribed fee for the course.
Admission Procedure
- The admissions shall be made strictly in accordance with merit list prepared on the basis of score of the entrance test and the order of choices / options filled in by the candidates in the online application form. The candidates are advised to exercise their choices / options very carefully.
- To the score of entrance test, for preparing the merit list, 1% bonus marks will be added on completion of every 2 years of nursing services under Rajasthan State Government on the last date of submitting the on-line application form.
Application Procedure
- Before filling the on-line application form, read the information booklet and instructions for filling on-line application form etc. very carefully. Ensure the eligibility and other requirements for admission as given in this booklet.
- You should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be rejected even if you come through the final stage of admission process or even at a later stage.
- If a candidate fills two or more on-line application forms, the last filled and completed application form will be considered for further processing.
Application Fee
- All candidates are required to deposit non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1800/- (Rs. 900 for SC, ST, ST-STA category of Rajasthan state) using the procedure mentioned in the on-line application form (plus service charges, as applicable).
- The application fee is not refundable, not transferable or adjustable for any future RCA Nursing. Any request in this matter shall not be entertained.
