Eligibility Criteria
A candidate seeking admission to PGDM must possess a UGC-recognized Undergraduate degree such as B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/BBA/B.Com, etc., or an equivalent examination approved by the AICTE with at least 50% marks in the aggregate or equivalent CGPA. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category will receive a relaxation in the qualifying marks with a cut-off of 45%.
Candidates who are in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates will have to submit the original certificate of having graduated and the mark sheet of the final year degree examination on or before 30th September. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of the candidate’s admission.

Selection Process
Applicants should possess a valid GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/TANCET score. Entrance exam scores are considered as an indicator of academic ability and achievement and are only one of the parameters for final selection.
Short-listed candidates will be called to attend a Personal Interview. Call letters for the Interview round are sent through courier, post, and email.
RSB’s selection process is based on the composite score of students, considering the following parameters:
- Entrance Test Scores (As mentioned in the eligibility criteria above)
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Past academic performance
- Work Experience (if any)
- Extra-curricular activities and interests
- Achievements and accomplishments
