MP PAT is jointly conducted by two major agricultural universities in Madhya Pradesh:
- Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (JNKVV), Jabalpur
- Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (RVSKVV), Gwalior
