About Bachelor of Computer Science
- MIT-WPU’s Bachelor of Science – Computer Science is Four years Full-Time degree programme implementing National Education Policy (NEP)2022 which is designed to facilitate students have multiple entry and exit during pushing their B.Sc. – CS degree. This program helps students to develop their computer science knowledge from basics to high-level programming – with a focus on programming languages, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing and Database concepts along with web development courses. Computer scientists work on challenging programming tasks, develop new software technologies and new ways to use computers. When studying this specialized Computer Science program, your learning will focus on complex problem solving, as well as developing strategies and new technologies across a variety of areas in the field. The program combines the theoretical studies of algorithms and data structures, with the practical challenges of implementing them in hardware and software systems. This program provide opportunity to present their ideas and innovation using research paper writing and publication. Eligibility Criteria
Maharashtra State (MS) Candidature
- Passed 10+2 /12th/ HSC Examination in Science Stream with Mathematics/Statistics subject (OR)/ Three Years Engineering Diploma Recognized by Government Competent Authority (OR) Passed its equivalent examination with 50% of marks in aggregate (45% marks aggregate in case of candidate backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only.)
Other than Maharashtra State(OMS) Candidature
- Candidate should be an Indian Nationality.
- Passed 10+2 / 12th / HSC Examination in Science Stream with Mathematics/Statistics subject (OR) / Three Years Engineering Diploma Recognized by Government Competent Authority (OR) / Passed its equivalent examination with 50% marks in aggregate.
Foreign Nation / NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf countries:
- Passed 10+2 / 12th / HSC Examination in Science Stream with Mathematics/Statistics subject (OR) its equivalent examination in any stream with 50% marks in aggregate.
Selection Criteria
Step 1) MIT-WPU UGPET Computer Science 2022- Online proctored entrance exam – 100 marks
Step 2) Personal Interview – 50 marks
