Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a citizen of India. (Candidates holding OCI status must have to apply under DASA mode.
- The applicant must be appearing in Paper 1 (B.E. /B.Tech.) during one or more sessions of JEE (Main) 2022 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
- The applicant must have passed with an aggregate of minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Class 12th (10+2) examination. Applicants appearing in the class 12th examination are also eligible to apply.
- The applicant must have secured an aggregate of minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in Class 12th examination.
- The applicant must have passed with an aggregate of minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10th examination.
Instructions to Apply
- Interested applicants must fill out the online application form through the UG admission portal.
- Candidate has to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable application fee of INR 2000/- (for female candidates the application fee is INR 1000/-).
- Application Form other than online mode would not be accepted in any case.
Merit List Preparation
- A Merit List will be prepared solely based on the Final NTA score (percentile) obtained in Paper-1 (B.E./B.Tech.) in JEE (Main) 2022 Examination for all eligible applicants.
- The following tie-breaker rules will be applied in identical Final NTA Score (Percentile).
- Mathematics NTA Score (Percentile) in JEE (Main) 2022
- Physics NTA Score (Percentile) in JEE (Main) 2022
- Chemistry NTA Score (Percentile) in JEE (Main) 2022
- Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry total percentage in class 12th examination
- Mathematics marks in class 12th examination
- Physics marks in class 12th examination
- Chemistry marks in class 12th examination
- Total percentage of marks in Class 10th examination
Counseling Process
- Counseling and Seat Allotment process will be in online mode only.
- The admission process may have multiple rounds of counseling and subsequent rounds of seat allotment.
- Institute will declare cut off for each counseling round.
- The applicants who are above the declared cut off in respective counseling round need to pay Provisional Fee of INR 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in order to participate in the Counselling and Seat Allotment process. This amount will be adjusted towards the First Semester Fees upon receiving the Confirmed Admission Offer and accepting the same.
- Submitting Provisional Fee does not guarantee the allotment of seat. This will exclusively depend on the applicants’ JEE (Main) 2022 Final NTA score, the number of applicants participating for the counseling, their preferences of branch and the number of seats available.
- Applicants will NOT be allowed to change the branch/ programme preferences during the Counselling and Seat Allotment process.
