Jiwaji University, located in Gwalior and recognized as a State University in Madhya Pradesh, is extending an invitation for prospective candidates to participate in the Entrance Test for admission to its PhD program across diverse subjects for the academic session of 2024-25.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have achieved a Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC) are eligible to apply for admission to the Ph.D. program.
Additionally, candidates awaiting the results of their Post Graduate program are also eligible to apply for the entrance test. The test will consist of computer-based multiple-choice questions.
Application Process
Eligible candidates can submit their application forms from 1st March 2024 to 15th March 2024 through mponline.gov.in. The application fee is Rs. 3100/-, which includes admission form fees (Rs. 2500/-) and portal fees (Rs. 600/-). An additional late fee of Rs. 500/- applies for forms submitted between 16th and 18th March 2024.
Candidates who have completed their Post Graduate degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC) or those awaiting their results can apply. The test will be computer-based with multiple-choice questions.
Application Fee
- Candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs.3100/- (admission form fee Rs.2500/-, Portal fees Rs.600/-)
- An additional late fees Rs.500/-, if the form is submitted in between 16th & 18th March 2024
Selection Process
- Admission to the PhD Program will be based on Entrance Test.
- Candidates qualifying JRF not later than 2 years (UGC/CSIR) are exempted from entrance test.
