Eligibility Criteria

Graduates from any course with a minimum duration of four years, obtained from any Centrally Funded Technical Institution, are eligible to apply for this program under the CFTI Mode of Entry without needing to qualify in GATE. Applicants must have achieved a minimum CGPA ohttps://www.indcareer.com/en/iisc-admission/f 8.0 out of 10, or its equivalent as applicable to individual departments/disciplines. Application Fee

General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 800 SC / ST / PwD (Persons with Disability): Rs. 400

*The fee is non-refundable; any bank or payment gateway service charges must be borne by the applicant.

Payment options: Online payment through net banking, debit card, credit card, UPI.

Selection procedure

For the M.Tech Programme through CFTI Mode of Entry in Computational & Data Sciences, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronic Product Design, Electronic Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics and Autonomous Systems, and Semiconductor Technology, selection is based on 70% weightage on CAM (Career Analysis Marks) score and 30% performance in the interview.

For the Artificial Intelligence programme, selection is based on 70% weightage on CAM (Career Analysis Marks) score and 30% performance in the written test.
