Application Form

Instructions for completing the Online Application Form:

  1. Begin by downloading the Information Bulletin and Application Form Replica. Thoroughly review these documents to ensure your eligibility.
  2. Follow the three steps outlined below to complete your application online:
    • Step 1: Register online using a unique Email Address and Mobile Number.
    • Step 2: Complete the Online Application Form and make note of the system-generated Application Number. Upload scanned images of the Candidate’s Photograph (file size: 10kb – 200kb), Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb – 30kb), and Thumb impression (file size: 3kb-30kb) in JPG format.
    • Step 3: Pay the application fee using the SBI/ICICI Payment Gateway through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Retain proof of the fee payment. If the Confirmation Page is not generated after the fee payment, the transaction will be canceled, and the amount will be refunded to the candidate’s account. However, if the Confirmation Page is not generated, the candidate must initiate another transaction.
  3. All three steps can be completed together or in separate sessions.
