CA Foundation 2024 or the CA Foundation June exams were held on 20, 22, 24, 26 June 2024. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organizes the CA Foundation exam. Eligibility Criteria
Application Process
- Applications for admission to Foundation, Intermediate (IPC), Intermediate & Final Examinations; Candidates are required to apply online at https://icaiexam.icai.org.
- No offline application form will be released for the candidates. Online applications can be accessed by those who have successfully registered with BOS before the cut off date.
- In the examination form, candidates need to provide their basic information, select the test center, and pay the required amount of application fee.

Mode of Payment
- Candidates need to pay the application fee by either of the following modes:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Net banking
- BHIM UPI
- Rupay Card
Exam Pattern
- Question type – The questions are Descriptive and Objective type.
- Total Marks – Maximum marks in the exam is 400 marks.
- Exam Duration – The entrance exam is of Paper 1 – 3 hours, Paper 2 – 3 hours, Paper 3 – 2 hours, Paper 4 – 2 hours.
- Language of Question Paper – The language of Question Paper Booklet will be English/Hindi. However, OMR Answer Sheets for Papers 3 & 4 will be in English Mediumonly.
Marking Scheme –
- In Paper 3 & 4, there will be negative marking for each wrong answer. ¼ (One Fourth) mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Please note that multiple darkened circles for a question will also be treated as wrong answer in paper 3 and 4.
- Half or more fractional marks only will be rounded off to the next full mark in Paper 1 and 2. Any fraction of mark will be rounded off to the next full mark in paper 3 and 4.
