About
Applications will be invited by Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur, from eligible candidates for admission to MD Homeopathy/Ayurveda through PGAET 2021 for the academic session 2021.
GRAU PGAET is an important gateway to get admission in MD programmes at affiliated colleges of Guru Ravidas Ayurved University. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply as per the prescribed schedule.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must satisfy below eligibility conditions before applying GRAU PGAET 2022.
For MD Ayurveda courses:
- Candidate having the Degree in Ayurved of a University or Board or Medical Institution prescribed in the 2nd schedule to the Act notified by the Department of AYUSH, Govt. of India and CCIM, will be eligible for admission in the MD Ayurveda course.
For MD Homeopathy
For MD Homeopathy admission, candidate must hold any of below degree:
- Candidates must have done Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Direct Degree) or equivalent qualification in homoeopathy integrated in the 2nd Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act,1973
- Candidate should have Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Graded degree) or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the 2nd Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973
Application Form: How to apply
Candidates can apply for PGAET-2022 only “Online”. Prospectus can be downloaded from the website of University i.e. www.graupunjab.org/. Before applying, applicants must carefully read information brochure and other important instructions mentioned in the form. Fill the required details completely and correctly. An error in filling of online application form may result in rejection of such an Admission Application Form.
Candidates can fill and submit only one application form. After filling online application form, a unique Registration Id i.e. login Id will be sent by the university to the candidate at his/her registered phone Number through SMS and email. Keep this registration ID safe for further use. Candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature in given fields as per prescribed format.
After filling the form click on save button in order to get printout of your duly filled online application form. Candidates note that once you click on “save and proceed” you will not be allowed to edit application data, so be ensured that the details entered by you are correct. Thereafter candidates have to certain amount as required application fee. Fee can be submitted online on University website through Debit Card or Credit Card. Fee will not be accepted in any other mode such as cash or cheque. Failing in which, Candidature will be cancelled.
Application Fee
Candidates have to pay Rs. 7000/ (Rs. 4500/- for candidates belonging to SC categories) through online only by using Debit card or Credit card through University website i.e. www.graupunjab.org by due date and time.
Admit Card
Candidates are required to download the PGAET admit card from the official website of University and follow the instructions given therein. Applicants should note that hall ticket/admit card will not be sent by the post. The admit cards will be available on university website most probably in the month of August 2022. Candidates must carry their admit card while appearing in the entrance exam. Without a valid admit card, candidates are not allowed to appear in the entrance exam.
Examination Pattern
- The PGAET will have one paper including 50 Multiple Choice Questions.
- The duration of entrance exam will be one and half hours i.e. 90 minutes.
- Each question will carry four marks; hence total marks will be 200.
- The questions will be in English language.
Counseling
After the declaration of PGAET-2022 candidates has to fill online counselling form through GRAU website i.e. www.graupunjab.org. It is necessary to take part in counselling for allotment of seat and documents verification.
