Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, situated at Gaytrikunj-shantikunj in Haridwar, is now accepting applications for the (Part-time) PhD Program for the academic year 2023-24. The university holds recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India, and has received accreditation from NAAC (the National Assessment and Accreditation Council).

Eligibility Criteria
- For admission in a Part-time PhD program, candidates must have obtained a post-graduation degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks or B grade in the UGC 7-point scale.
- Candidates can apply for PhD when they have obtained a master’s degree in the required subject.
- Candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be eligible for a relaxation of 5% marks in the entrance examination as per the Uttarakhand government order.
- International candidates interested in admission must have an equivalent degree from a recognized university in their country.

- Candidates are required to register online, upload all the supporting documents, and produce the same in original at the time of selection.
