Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth (DBSKKV) is an agricultural university located in Dapoli, Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra, India. It was established on 18 May 1972 as Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, and got its present name on 12 February 2001 in memory of third Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri. P. K. Sawant.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for admission to different courses at DBSKKV vary depending on the course. However, the general eligibility criteria for admission to undergraduate courses is 10+2 with at least 50% marks in aggregate. For admission to postgraduate courses, the eligibility criteria is a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate. For admission to doctoral programs, the eligibility criteria is a master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
