BITS HD 2024 was held online on 19 & 24 May 2024. Its result has been released. Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani invites applications for admission to Higher Degree Exam for the academic session 2024. Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani is a premier Institution for scientific and technological studies in India . The institute offers various courses at its Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses. For admission into these programs BITS, Pilani conducts an all-India entrance test known as Birla Institute of Technical Science Higher Degree (BITS HD). every year. It is a computer based online entrance test. It is a university level examination and gets conducted in order to provide admission to UG and PG courses.
BITSAT exam offers admission in three campuses i.e. Pilani Campus , K. K. Birla Goa Campus, and Hyderabad Campus. All the interested candidates, who are going to apply for BITS HD 2024, they are requested to go through the complete details of BITS HD 2024 from here.

BITS HD Eligibility Criteria
The exam conducting authority will release the BITS HD eligiblity criteria at the official website. Applicants are advised to go through the eligibility criteria of BITS HD 2024 before filling the application form. If the candidates fail to meet the criteria, then they will not be termed eligible for admissions. To appear for the BITS HD exam, aspirants should have secured a minimum of 60% in the qualifying degree examination.For more details about BITS HD eligiblity, candidates can refer to the table given below.

Note: Aspirants with a BE/BTech degree in IT will be eligible for ME Software Systems only (they will be not considered eligible for ME Computer science).
BITS HD Application Fee
Candidates need to pay Rs 3150/- for the BITS HD 2024 application form and candidates seeking admission through GATE 2024 score have to pay Rs 1000/-. Once paid application form fees will not be refunded.
BITS HD Exam Pattern
The exam authority will release the BITS HD exam pattern at the official website. Applicants appearing in the exam must go through the exam pattern of BITS HD 2024 for their preparations. BITS HD 2024 test 1 will be common for all the aspirants. Applicants looking for admissions to Higher Degree programs except M.E. in Sanitation Science, Technology and Management and M.E. in Software system have to appear for BITS HD 2024 test 2. Candidates looking for admissions to ME Software Systems or Sanitation Science, Technology and Management have to appear for a separate test. Going through BITS HD exam pattern helps candidates to ace the exam with a good score.
