Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants who have successfully completed/are appearing in Senior Secondary School (10+2) or equivalent (Such as 11+1, “A” level in Senior School Leaving Certificate course) examination from a recognized University of India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or equivalent constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from an equivalent institution from a foreign country recognized by the Government of that country for the purpose of issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the course are eligible for the BHU BA-LLB entrance examination.
- As per the directive of the Bar Council of India, the candidates who have obtained 10+2 or Graduation/Post Graduation through the open Universities system directly without having any basic qualifications for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the BHU BA-LLB course.
- Minimum marks in qualifying examination for admission not below 50% of total marks in case of General category applicants, 45% in case of OBCs and 40% in case of SC’s and ST’s applicant.
- The age of the applicant should not more than 20 years on 1st July 2022 (applicant should be born on or after 1st July 2000) for General Category applicants and 22 years on 1st July 2022 in case of applicants from SC/ST and Backward Communities (applicant should be born on or after 1st July 1998)
Application Form
The BHU BLAT 2022 application form will be made available for the BLAT aspirants soon after the release of the notification. The candidates need to fill in the details such as their bio-data, email address, phone numbers etc. for filling the BLAT registration and specify the choice of their exam centres, and exam mode while filling the BLAT application form 2022.

Admit Cards
The BLAT candidates who apply for entrance successfully get the BLAT 2022 admit cards. The admit cards are sent to the email accounts of the candidates which they used during the registration. The BLAT 2022 admit card for BA LLB contains the details for the students such as the venue, the time of the exam, and the details of the candidates.
Exam Centers
The BLAT offline exam will be conducted in 45 cities while 115 cities will host the BLAT online. The exam timings for both the mode of exams are the same, therefore the students while applying for the BHU BA-LLB entrance BLAT have to opt for one mode of the exam, online or offline.
Cut-Off
BLAT 2022 cut-off is the last of the ranks and marks range that is obtained by the students for making it to the BHU BA-LLB. The BHU BA-LLB aspirants whose ranks are below the lowest rank for admission are not considered for the admission process to the BA-LLB programme of BHU. Admission Process
BHU-BA LLB 2022 result will be declared in a few weeks after the successful conduct of examinations. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the result. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the merit list.
- The BHU BA-LLB candidate will be informed of his/her marks, the order in the overall merit and other relevant information via mail and SMS. BHU releases the official answer key for a candidate’s ready reference.
- BHU does not provide for the re-evaluation of the result or the investigation of answer sheets under any condition. No query regarding the same shall be entertained.
- Admissions to the BHU BA-LLB after qualifying BLAT 2022 will be based solely on merit in the entrance exam.
