About
The Bachelor of Arts (Journalism and Mass Communications) programme offered by the Times School of Media is a three-year degree programme. Students are awarded the BA (Journalism and Mass Communication) Degree on successful completion of all compulsory courses that total 120 credits. They also have the option to earn an Honours degree by completing a group of Honours courses that total 30 credits.
The curriculum has been designed keeping in mind the requirements of the Choice-based Credit System. It has been curated by the top Editors of the Times Group and its focus is to provide skill-based education. The students can choose their specialisation track by picking courses of their interest from the Electives basket.

- A XII standard pass from any recognised Education Board with English as compulsory subject OR a XII std pass from an IB Board.

Application Process.
How to obtain and Fill the Application Form: The students may fill the application forms online using net banking/credit/debit card at https://applications.bennett.edu.in. There is no separate on-line application form for the NRI/International students. However, students shall be provided an option to be considered under NRI category (subject to fulfilling the conditions for the same as mentioned above in Para 4) and which shall then lead to accepting term and condition applicable for NRI/International category students and downloading of a sponsorship letter, which must be filled and sent to the University, to enable application being considered.

Specialization
- The Specialisation Courses form the cusp or pinnacle of the Honours Programme. They give the students an opportunity to specialise in a media of their choice under the guidance of faculty mentors. Each Specialisation course has two components: a Specialisation Project that has to be done individually or as a Group; and lab and outdoor assignments that all students are required to do. The students can choose their field of specialization from any one of the following six media disciplines: Print Journalism, Television Journalism, Web and Mobile Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations and Films.
