About
B.Tech Biotech offered by the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, imparts domain-specific technical knowledge, skills, and develops an entrepreneurial mindset among graduates right from the 1st semester. The core curriculum provides a research-enabled project-based learning environment to help students specialise in domains such as Biomedical, Food & Agriculture, Environment and Energy.
The B.Tech Biotechnology syllabus aims to broaden academic profile through minor specialisations in AI and Machine Learning in healthcare, biomedical engineering, IoT, nanotechnology, and clinical informatics. In addition, the opportunity for industry internships, exchange in foreign institutions, theme-based research projects in-house or at reputed R&D institutions in India or abroad give students the overall learning experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- A XII standard pass from any recognised Education Board with Physics and Biology as compulsory subjects and a minimum 50% marks along with any other third subject OR a XII std pass from an IB Board with minimum score of 24.

Application Process.
How to obtain and Fill the Application Form: The students may fill the application forms online using net banking/credit/debit card at https://applications.bennett.edu.in. There is no separate on-line application form for the NRI/International students. However, students shall be provided an option to be considered under NRI category (subject to fulfilling the conditions for the same as mentioned above in Para 4) and which shall then lead to accepting term and condition applicable for NRI/International category students and downloading of a sponsorship letter, which must be filled and sent to the University, to enable application being considered.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on the merit of Class XII Best of 3 subjects score (comprising of Physics and Biology / Biotechnology / Botany / Zoology as compulsory subjects and any other third subject with highest score) ORNEET / score, ORSAT score, ORCUET score
In case of non-availability of above qualifying exam scores, personal interview shall be conducted.
