Core Syllabus for Science Streams (B.Sc)

The Arts and Commerce syllabus tests a student’s grasp of the Indian socioeconomic landscape and foundational accounting.

1. Economics (B.A. / B.Com)

  • Macro Economics: National Income accounting, Banking, and Public Finance.
  • Indian Economy: Five-year plans (historical), NITI Aayog, and current agricultural policies.

2. Civics & History (B.A.)

It includes both. Historically, about 40% of questions come from the 1st year and 60% from the 2nd year.
