AIMA UGAT Exam Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board; those who are appearing/appeared in 10+2 can also apply
- UGAT is usually conducted once a year
- Mode of taking UGAT
- Candidates can choose any one of the two options to take the test: Paper Based Test or Computer Based Test (For further clarification, see UGAT bulletin and AIMA website www.aima.in

Application Process
- Candidates can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:
- Purchase the Registration Form against cash payment of 750/- from listed Institutes or from AIMA, New Delhi or
- Register online at the website link: https://apps.aima.in/ugat2023/ with a Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card) and Net Banking Payment of Rs.750/-.
- Register online at website link: https://apps.aima.in/ugat2023/ along with a Demand Draft of Rs.750/- in favor of “All India Management Association” payable at Delhi or;
- Purchase the OMR Registration Form against cash payment of Rs.750/- from listed Institutes or from All India Management Association (AIMA), 15, Link Road, Lajpat Nagar, Part-III, New Delhi-110024. Duly filled forms to be sent to the address given below:

- Studies, University of Kashmir. Duly filled OMR Forms to be submitted in the Office of the Head, Department of Management. Studies, University of Kashmir. Candidates to retain a photocopy of their filled OMR Form for future use

Online
- Apply Online by making payment through credit /debit card (ATM Card) or net banking of Rs. 750/-
- Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 750/- in favor of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank
Offline
- Obtain UGAT Form against cash payment of Rs.750/- from listed Institutes or AIMA, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
Exam Pattern
You can check the AIMA UGAT exam pattern as per its announcement at aima.in.
- Mode of Exam: Examination will be conducted through offline (pen or paper-based) mode.
- Time Duration: Examination will be conducted in two hours and for BHM courses three hours duration will be provided.
- Type of Questions: Objective-type questions will be asked in the question paper.
- Language: The question paper will be in Hindi and English languages.
- No. of Questions: BCA, BBA, IMBA Courses 130 Questions and for BHM Courses 180 questions will be asked.
- Section: For IMBA BCA and BBA Courses
Marking Scheme –
- Candidates get +1 marks for correct answer.
- There will be negative marking also
