AIAPGET 2024 was held on 06 July 2024. Its result has released. The All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) for the year 2024 will take place in July. This national-level medical entrance exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The purpose of AIAPGET is to facilitate admission to MD and MS courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy systems of medicine across all AYUSH Colleges, Institutions, Universities and Deemed Universities throughout the country. To participate in the AIAPGET exam, ensure timely registration before the specified deadline. Subsequently, download the AIAPGET admit card. Following the examination, candidates can review the answer key and access the AIAPGET result.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates in possession of BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree or Provisional BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS Pass Certificate recognized as per the provisions of the IMCC 1970/HCC 1973/ NCISM 2020/NCH 2020 Act and possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/BHMS/Graded BHMS degree qualification issued by the CCIM/CCH/NCISM/NCH/State Board/Universities/Deemed Universities and have completed one year of internship or/are likely to complete the internship as per the NCISM/NCH/AYUSH notification, may apply for AIAPGET through Online Application Registration system at website www.aiapget.nta.nic.in
- Requests for appearing in AIAPGET from candidates completing internship after the notified date or having qualifications that are not recognized by the competent authority shall be summarily rejected. Candidates are further advised not to canvas for the same.
Application Process
- Candidates have to apply for AIAPGET “Online” ONLY by accessing the website: aiapget.nta.ac.in

- The Application Form other than online mode would not be accepted in any case.
- Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. More than one application i.e. multiple Application Forms submitted by a candidate will be rejected.

Scoring
- + 04 – For each correct response
- -1 – For each incorrect response
- 0 – For no response or no attempted questions.

- Ayurveda – English and Hindi
- Homoeopathy- English only
- Siddha – English and Tamil
- Unani – English and Urdu
Marking Scheme
- Each question carries 04 (four) marks.
- For each correct response, the candidate will get 04 (four) marks.
- For each incorrect response, 01 (one) mark will be deducted from the total score.
- Unanswered/un-attempted will be given no marks.

iv) Un-answered/un-attempted will be given no marks.
v) To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option as correct
option.
vi) However, after the process of Challenges of the Answer Key, in case there are
multiple correct options or change in key, only those candidates who have
attempted it correctly as per the revised Answer key will be awarded marks.
vii) In case a Question is dropped due to some technical error, full marks shall be
given to all the candidates irrespective of the fact who have attempted it or not.
viii) In case of any ambiguity in translation/construction of a question in the exam,
its English version shall be treated as final and the decision of NTA shall be
final in this regard.
Reservations
- In the case of Institutes run by the Central Government, the reservation would be applicable as mentioned below:
- 15% of the seats Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates
- 7.5% seats for Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates
- 27% seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC) Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) candidates as per the Central List*
- 10% of the seats for General Economically Weaker Sections (General – EWS) candidates
- Persons with Disability (PwD) with 40% or more disability
- Each category will have 5% reservations for the candidates with 40% or more disability as defined in Section 2 (r) and (zc) of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016.
- In the case of the Institutes run/aided/recognized by State Governments, the reservation policy of the respective State Governments shall be applicable.
