Details & Schedule for Vacant Seats admission process at SFI institute For vacant seats in SFI institutes, an offline or online round for these vacant seats is to be conducted in line with prevailing rule for vacant seats. Candidates who have passed qualifying exam with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed in rule 5 of concerned course as prevailing Govt. notification can apply at institute level by considering vacant seats on website for above mentioned courses.
The candidate has to submit his/her application with all requisite documents and an application fee of Rs. 1000/- for M. Arch & M. Plan (only from those who are not in Merit of ACPC) at the concerned SFI institution within the prescribed time limit.
The concerned self-finance institute shall process the filling up of vacant seats among such eligible candidates on intra-se merit base in accordance with all provisions of prevailing notifications of Government of Gujarat and guidelines issued by the Admission Committee from time to time for vacant seat admission to above courses.
In case of admission in vacant seats at institute level, the process for refund of fee for seat already allotted by this committee shall be as per rule of prevailing notifications of Government of Gujarat for admission in above mentioned courses.
