ABVMU CPET Eligibility Criteria
a. Candidates with Science who have passed qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must
have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) or Physics,
Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) taken together and passed in English individually from any
recognized board.
b. In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC the marks obtained in 3 core subjects shall be 40% instead of 45% for Unreserved (UR) Category candidates.
c. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by central government having Science subjects and English only.
d. English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for eligibility for admission in Paramedical Course(s).
e. Color Blind candidates are eligible provided that color corrective contact lens and spectacles are
worn by such candidates.
f. The selection of candidates will be subject to medical fitness. No selected candidate will be
permitted to join the course unless declared medically fit by the Medical Board appointed by the
University.

The exam pattern is as follows
- Mode of Exam – The exam is a Offline test.
- Question type – The questions are MCQs.
- Number of Questions – There are 200 questions in the entrance exam.
- Total Marks – Maximum marks in the exam is 200.
- Exam Duration – The entrance exam is of 180 Minutes.
- Language of Question Paper – The question paper is in language English.
Marking Scheme –
- Candidates get +1 marks for correct answer.
- And negative marks is 0 for incorrect answers

Candidates should visit the official website of the ABVMU University – www.abvmuup.edu.in
and Click on the Link for Common Paramedical Entrance Test (CPET) 2023-24.
Candidates should first register by clicking the “Register > Login > Pay > Fill Form” button
for Paramedical Bachelor.

n) Sub-Category - Upon successful completion of the registration form, the candidate will receive his/her
Registration Id number on their registered mobile number and email address. - Information submitted at this stage will be auto filled in the Personal Information Section
(Stage 1) of the application form - Primary Information submitted during registration cannot be changed or altered at any later stage
Application and Examination Fee
Examination Fee
- Candidates for the entrance test will have to pay a fee of Rs. 3000/- for Unreserved/Other
Backward Classes (UR/OBC) and Rs. 2000/- for SC/ST/PwD. - Examination Fee shall be submitted online after successful online registration of candidate.
- Once the fee has been submitted there shall be no refund of fee.
- Fee is non-transferable for any other examination.
Age: –
- Minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before 31st December 2023. No upper age
limit.
