Centre for Electronics Design & Technology of India (CEDTI) is a premier training organization of the Department of Information Technology, Govt. of India. CEDTI has eight Centres of excellence located at Aurangabad, Mohali, Calicut, Gorakhpur, Imphal, Jammu/Srinagar, Tezpur and Aizawl (Mizoram). The Centres provide training, R&D and consultancy in electronics design, information technology, maintenance engineering, manufacturing technologies and entrepreneurship development. CEDTI has recently launched its dynamic website http://www.cedti.org.in. CEDTI was set up with the objective of training manpower in Electronics and Information Technology, developing entrepreneurs and designers in Electronics & IT. The CEDTI Centres maintain close links with industries, R&D Centres, academic institutes and also undertake product development, contract research and consultancy

CEDTI conducts formal long term courses including M.Tech in Electronic Design & Technology, training more than 1200 students. The Centres conduct about 300 short term courses, training over 5000 students / year, as per industry requirement. - M.E./M.Tech in Electronics Product Design and Technology (1.5 yrs) - Diploma in Electronics Production & Maintenance (3 yrs) - Post Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation and Information Technology (1.5 yrs) - Diploma in Electronics Engineering ( 3 yrs) - Repair & Maintenance course in Electronic Products ( 1yr) - Advance Diploma in Information Technology (1yr) - Diploma in Information Technology (1yr)
