Senior Command Management - The delivery of serious, networked and organised crime services by State Crime Operations Command in a dynamic and challenging environment requires a strong emphasis on leadership, communication, planning, coordination and accountability at an operational and strategic level.The Senior Management Group is a permanent standing body which is responsible for achieving the vision, strategic direction and objectives of the Command, as articulated by the Assistant Commissioner and the Strategic Coordination Committee.The Senior Management Group provides the platform from which effective decision making to shape, enable and oversee the day-to-day management of the Command is initiated.
