The Center for Education in Social Sector (CEdSS) started the PGP-DM program to develop a distinctive space in the arena of continuing education for mid-level development practitioners in the social sector.PGP-DM offers a modular program spread over three semesters with a focus on off-campus application exercises. The contact (on-campus) sessions are held for one week every two months. During the off-campus period, participants work on applying their learning within their organization along with a mentor from their organization. This prepares participants for higher responsibilities while continuing to work in their organizations.Enhancing capacity, skills and influencing organizational efficiency of mid-level managers to develop organizations that create a larger impact.
