Post Graduate Diploma in Wine Technology - This course is primarily delivered through distance education with up to 5 day combined residential schools at Dookie campus. Both modes are supported by our expert teaching staff, with online and hard-copy support materials. The flexible delivery of the Master of Wine Technology and Viticulture is suitable for remote, international, professional or foundation students who intend to develop or extend their viticulture skills.You will gain an understanding of the annual cycle of vineyard and winery operations, advanced expertise in the science of viticulture and oenology, and people management skills. For those wishing to pursue a career in grape or wine research, a research project can also be incorporated into the Masters.
