Post Diploma Programme in Thermal Power Technology (PDPTPT) - Thermal Power Technology is recognized by Central Electricity Authority (CEA), Ministry of Power as Category-1 Institute. It is a part of US$ 18 billion O.P. Jindal Group. The Institute possesses world class Simulators of 135 MW / 250 MW / 600 MW generating units & state of the art infrastructure. The Institute aims to produce technically trained professionals for Power Utilities in India and abroad. The course authorizes the pass outs to operate or undertake maintenance of any part or whole of a generating station of 100 MW & above capacity, together with the associated sub stations.
