P.G Diploma in Journalism - The Post Graduate Diploma course in Journalism - New Media, prepares students for a bullet in Journalism with special focus on reporting for the new media. This is accomplished by providing instruction that requires students to demonstrate a workingknowledge of the skills, laws, ethics, power and responsibilities of the new media.The main goal of the program is to help students become accurate and thorough researchers, precise and graceful writers thereby producing competent professionals who demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of journalism and communications. With coverage of Print, Television and New Media, students will find opportunity in newspapers, news channels and new media agencies. An Internship at the end of the program aims at giving an opportunity for students to combine work experience and professional development to further enhance their formal education.
