Course Curriculum & Career Overview
PG Diploma in Food Science and Technology - This programme was launched with the aim to develop human resource for the fast growing food processing sector and to provide knowledge & technical competencies to address the emerging issues of processing, product development, food safety, marketing, export & sustainable use of resources. The students will be trained to have jobs as Food Technologist in research and development departments of food processing industries, educational & research institutes, etc.
