M.Tech Agricultural Engg Agricultural Process & Food Engg.- Agricultural Engg Agricultural Process & Food Engg is a postgraduate degree course, Agricultural and food engineering covers a wide array of areas in the pre and post harvest technology for crops.The activities in Agriculture and food engineering include wide array of activities such as food processing, machinery, packaging, ingredient manufacturing, instrumentation and control. Food Engineering is a multidisciplinary field of applied physical sciences which combines science, microbiology, and engineering education for food and related industries. Food engineering includes, but is not limited to, the application of agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering and chemical engineering principles to food materials.
