Middle Command Management - Objective of the course is to refresh the administrative managerial operational and training skills of the Second In Commands. The emphasis is on updating their knowledge about the rules and regulations on various relevant subjects and doubt clearing in the process besides sharpening their operational skills to enable them to pick up higher command responsibility.
