Member of Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (MRAV) - The Ayurveda college was established in 1988. It is an autonomous institution, coming under Ayush, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth started regular functioning in 1991, with a major objective of promoting knowledge of Ayurveda in the country. The Vidyapeeth initiated one-year certificate course of RAV, in 1998. The aim of the college is to revive the traditional method of 'Gurukula' system of informal education of India.
