Master in Information Management (MIM), is a two years Postgraduate Information Management academic degree course in India. The study emphasis on the development, management and use of information and technology.
The aim of the program is to prepare candidates for the dissertation through a research methodology module and by exploring the importance of analytical skills and the latest research practice throughout the course. The study develops analytical knowledge and practical skills for managing and analysis information technology.

The candidate have to complete Bachelor Degree like, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.Sc.IT), Bachelor of Business Administration in (Information System Management), Bachelor of Engineering (Information Science & Engineering), or any other Bachelor Degree with relevant subjects, or equivalent examination,with minimum aggregate 55% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master’s degree professional study program.
This course requires study requires 2 years of the time period in India, It’s a Full Time professional degree course, but some candidates use part time, correspondence education program and also go for distance learning study option to earn this degree.
