LLM Corporate & Securities Law- The corporate securities markets arguably comprise the most dynamic sector of the financial industry. As well as new opportunities, these changes present new regulatory and legal risk management challenges. The teaching team includes world class academics, and draws together scholarly and practitioner expertise. The LLM in Corporate and Securities Law provides a strong intellectual analysis of these markets, including insights from substantive private law, regulation and practice. The corporate and securities law offerings can be roughly divided into introductory courses, international and comparative offerings, courses that expose law students to relevant non-legal subjects, classes aimed primarily at developing practical skills, and a variety of advanced courses and seminars focused on specific issues and approaches.
