Student Must have pass in higher secondary in any recognized board or pass in any recognized university or equivlent

Course Details:

Junior Command Management -1. Identify the need of developing and applying new management theories in relation to their working , 2. Brush-up their knowledge and clear doubts on the subjects of Accounts, Provisioning etc.
3. Understand administrative and operational difficulties and apply modern theories , 4. Effectively lead their troops with confidence and develop professionalism.The Junior Command and Staff College recognises the need for close collaboration with the civil and service intellectuals/resourced personnel both in teaching and research work.This college has already developed links with a number of state and private organization partners who have provided both students and directing staff with a window to the developing trends and techniques in the field of management.
