Familiarization in Ship Catering - The catering or galley department is responsible for preparation and serving of foods to the crew on board of a ship. There are a number of jobs available in this department that includes Chief Steward, Chief Cook, Second Cook, Bakery/Pastry Man, Cleaners and Dish Washers.
