Diploma Population and Health Mgt (DPHM) - The study of population health is focused on understanding health and disease in community, and on improving health and well-being through health approaches that address disparities in health status between different social groups. Population health Management risk assessment is the comprehensive assessment of health risks in the general population based on environmental, genetic, economic, social and behavioural determinants of health. This leads to evidence-based population health risk policy analysis, and ultimately, cost effective population health risk management decisions.
