Diploma Mushroom Technology (DMT)

Diploma Mushroom Technology (DMT) - These include a robotic mushroom picker (shown here), which uses a camera to identify the best looking mushrooms and robotic arm to pick them. Although the robot picker currently works at only half the speed of a human, it can carry on picking mushrooms all through the night, unlike many human workers who insist on indulging in sleep. The researchers have also developed robotic grass cutters, which can be deployed as a team to cooperatively cut large areas of grassland.
