Diploma Business Law (DBL) - Business law occupies a large part of our practice. We are knowledgeable about laws impacting starting, operating and selling businesses small, medium and large. We have extensive experience in domestic and international transactions.Art Mannion began his legal career at a major Wall Street law firm acting for public and private businesses, as well as for banks, brokerage houses, investment banks and other financial institutions. He has represented companies from startups to Fortune 500 giants. Mannion is knowledgeable about a multitude of busienss issues, from financial arrangements, both debt and equity, to venture capital, to acquisitions and divestitures, to succession planning. He has been a venture capitalist as well as a principal in companies that obtained venture backing. Art has completed over a hundred transactions aggregating billions for buyers and sellers of all company sizes.
