Course Details:

Diploma Business Ethics (DBE) - The course enables students to recognize the need for ethical behaviour in business leading to increased opportunity of long term success. To provide the ability to adopt an ethical mind frame and decision processes based on the philosophical principles. Apply critical thinking and a disciplined view of right and wrong, fair and unfair. The course is highly interactive with group workshops and debates of decisions from cases. The course also includes the students presenting a case report, analysing specific questions raised in ethical, unethical and or moral decisions. The overall structure of the course is geared mainly toward the student reflecting on ethical decision making and becoming morally effective in critical operational situations.
