Certification Mushroom Culture (CMC) - Mushroom farming is no exception, but with the added caveat that gourmet mushrooms grow best in a cool, damp environment, which by traditional techniques in use today requires energy consuming heating and cooling systems. Mountain Mushroom Farm is an original test-bed for developing green energy and water-saving mushroom farming techniques. By placing the farm underground, geo-thermal conduction helps to maintain the appropriate temperature. This idea is not new by any means.
