Certification Call Centre Assistant (CCCA)- Call center professionals work for product vendors, utilities services and other businesses. They answer inquiries and help solve product issues for consumers and clients over the phone. Many call center professionals are trained on the job, and no not-for-profit schools offer educational programs specifically geared at call center employees. However, those interested in the field might choose to enroll in a Customer Service Certificate program.
