It is a win-win situation for both parties as companies focus on what they specialize in whereas rest of the work is outsourced to the BPOs. One major advantage of BPO is that it helps firms in building upon their core competencies and simultaneously saves precious management time and resources. Realizing the significance of the development of skills amongst the students undergoing UG courses in Arts and Commerce, the College thought it fit to introduce a certificate course in BPO for the benefit of its students.
